SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING
Shipping amount is calculated during the checkout process depending on weight, size and destination. Orders are usually shipped within 5 working days from receipt. Each order will shipped via standard delivery and is trackable with a unique Tracking Number.

CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer returns, refunds, exchange or credit for Change of Mind.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Well Versed Homes.

HOW TO RETURN FAULTY ITEM
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us.  If you receive an item and it is damaged or faulty, please email us on hello@wellversedhomes.com and include photographs if possible.  Please include proof of purchase in your email and with your goods.  You can return items by post to PO Box 136, Round Corner  NSW  2158. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.  Please note it may take some time before your refund is official posted to your bank account and should you have any concerns, please contact your bank directly.
