Questions and answers

Delivery is calculated at checkout, based on the option you choose and the value of your order. The bar at the top of the site shows the amount that qualifies for free delivery, and the cart tells you how close you are.

Orders are usually sent within 2 working days. Every order goes by standard delivery and comes with a tracking number, which we email to you.

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or credit for a change of mind. If you are unsure about a piece, come and see it in the shop, or email us and we will tell you anything the photographs do not show.

Email us at hello@wellversedhomes.com with photographs if you can, and include your proof of purchase. You can also return the item by post to Well Versed Homes, 56 Denman Parade, Normanhurst NSW 2076.

You do, and postage costs are not refunded. We recommend a trackable service, because we cannot guarantee that a returned parcel reaches us.

We email you when your return arrives, and again once we have looked at it, to say whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used.
